Issue entering a submission

Hello,

It is written in the hackathon rules page: Upload an .apk file on the Enter a Submission form or provide a link for downloading the Application in the “Testing Instructions” field on the Enter a Submission form.

I clicked on "Enter a Submission form" but I do not see where i can upload an apk, nor a field for Testing Instructions.

    Don't worry about uploading your APK file right now. We may ask for it later. Thanks.

    It turns out, Devpost doesn't enable this by default. I just enabled it. Try again and you should see a way to upload files. Let us know if it doesn't work.
